Eat foods rich in Vitamin D. Fatty fish, eggs and fortified dairy products and orange juice are all good sources of the vitamin.

His/her hands and feet are starting to separate into fingers and toes. His/her tiny fingernails will also start to grow.
His/her bones start to harden.
Buds for his/her teeth are starting to develop.
If your baby is a boy, he has started producing testosterone.
Your baby's heart is now fully formed. It beats 180 times a minute – that's 2 to 3 times faster than your own heart!
